OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE

Acting as Owner’s Representative the Madigan Development team defends Ownership’s interest in all aspects of the construction of a development / renovation project.  The proper comprehensive buy-out of the work along with avoiding Change Orders, maintaining the project schedule are the essentials roles of the Owner's Rep.

Typically when acting as Owner's Reps we perform services on a flat monthly fee.
